We stayed at a beautiful three bedroom apartment located in the historical centre. Great location, close to everything (Noting that it can be noisy because of the central location, you can easily sleep if you put some white noise such as a fan or heater). The apartment was nicer than we expected, it had all the amenities necessaries for a comfortable stay and at a great price in comparison to the competition. The team was always accessible and replied to emails very fast, financial transactions were easy and stress free. They were very accommodating with type of payment and when to pay for the full amount in comparison to other companies. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend to friends!

Wir hatten 5 tolle Tage in Genua - sehr schöne Wohnung für 8 Pers, freundlicher Empfang durch Columbus, professionelle und unbürokratische Abwicklung - alles in allem sehr empgehlenswert - many thanks to Rubina in the Columbia team. Avevamo a disposizione 5 giornate a Genova - Delizioso appartamento per 8 persone, cordiale e professionale benvenuto da Columbus- nel complesso molto consigliabile - molte grazie a Rubina dello Staff Columbus.

My 3 friends and I found the service from Columbus Village was excellent. Communications before we arrived were always prompt and we appreciated them being in English. It was great to be met and given a very personal introduction to our spacious and comfortable apartment and we really appreciated the call to let us know the supermarket was still open on a Sunday evening. When our washing machine got jammed, it was fixed promptly, and we knew we could always call CV to ask for anything. Many thanks for everything.

Very professional. Always at hand, even for the smallest of things. Extremely cooperative. Quick in replying to e-mails. Able to understand the client's needs and to find the most suitable accomodation for them. Faithfully describe apartments on offer, do not gloss over descriptions of apartments.

Ormai sono diventate tante le volte che ci siamo affidati alla Columbus per il nostro soggiorno a Genova. Tutte le volte siamo stati accolti con la proverbiale gentilezza, l'estrema pazienza ed un servizio sempre puntuale ed all'altezza della situazione, orientato rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole e senza alcun contrattempo.
